I found the room quite spacious and well-equipped with amenities. The bed was very comfortable. the breakfast had varied options, including both a la carte and buffet choices. i particularly appreciated the convenient location, very close to main attractions.

A Charming Stay!!!

The hotel's location is FANTASTIC with easy access to Trafalgar Square. Replenished bottled water daily was very helpful. The water came in glass bottles. The room had nice decoration and was very clean. Separate rooms for the toilet and shower saved us time.
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. The room would fluctuate between feeling too warm and too cool. It made maintaining a comfortable environment challenging throughout the night.

The staff showed great attentiveness by quickly addressing our requests. Staff at breakfast were especially helpful. I noted their efficiency in managing the busy morning rush and attending to each guest's needs, including dietary requests and seating preferences.

The hotel staff was attentive. They assisted with directions. Breakfast offered both a la carte options and an open buffet. I enjoyed eggs benedict. The english breakfast the next day was also delicious!!!
I found the check-in process to be a bit slow.
